How to Register for the HF2 Website Edit page

To Register for the HF2 Website . . .

IMPORTANT NOTE TO BEGIN: The first thing you should do is to set up "Hayden Falls 2" as a contact "person" in your email contacts so that your email program will recognize emails from Hayden Falls #2. The email address you should keep for that contact is: [email protected].  By doing this first, your email program should not send future HF2 messages to your SPAM/Trash folder. [You may want to print this email message for future reference.]

So now, TO REGISTER for access to the new HF2 Website after 3:00 pm today, or later:

1. Open the browser you use to search for information on the Internet (Microsoft Edge, Google, Firefox, Safari, etc.) on any of your computing devices (laptop, desktop computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) and ENTER THE NEW HF2 WEBSITE ADDRESS, which is: www.hf2coa.com
2. When the HF2 website opens, you will see "Please log in or register" in the upper right corner of the first page -- please select (click) on "register".
3. Scroll down and complete the Registration Form, including establishing your own password for this website. Be sure to make note of your password because you will need it each time you log on to the HF2 website.
4. When done, remember to finish by clicking on the "Register" button at the bottom of the Registration Screen to complete the process.
5. A message will be sent to the HF2 Webmaster (me/us). After we receive your registration request, we will verify that you are a resident of the community and then approve your registration request.
6. You will be promptly notified by an email from "[email protected]" that your request has been approved (if you don't receive it within a day or so, check your SPAM/Trash folder), or let us know by email to [email protected]
7. After that, you should be able to use all parts of the new HF2COA Website by signing in with your password. You will have access to all the protected/secure areas and information of the site that are for HF2 members only (not the public).

After you are approved, we urge you to explore every page of the entire website and review your own information in the Resident Directory. Please make notes of any questions, problems, errors, difficulties, ambiguities, etc. that you find, and then you can discuss them with the webmaster – [email protected].
